Cleaning & Sizing unit can remove all kinds of impurities, such as big impurities, small impurities, light impurities, and heavy impurities (stones, glass, clod, etc.), and then grade it into into five or seven sizes respectively as per raw materials required.

Dehulling & Separating unit: each individual size of watermelon seed will go for dehulling and separation works respectively after the aboved mentioned cleaning and sizing process.meanwhile all the shells will be discharged at the screw discharger accordingly.

Component

Cleaning&sizing unit consists of input hopper, spiral elevator, multi-functional cleaner, bucket elevator, sizing machine (2 or 3 sets) and electronic control cabinet.

Dehulling&Separating unit consists of input hopper, bucket elevator, main part of the equipment(dehullers,air separator and seed-kernel separator), and electric control cabinet.

This equipment can complete the dehulling, shells-removing and seed-kernel separating of pumpkin seed(gourd seed, zucchini seed and water melon seed) at one time.
